Order Processing

All of our products are made to order.

Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be produced before it ships.

During holidays or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Times

After production is complete, estimated shipping times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: 10–30 business days (varies by destination)

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information (when available).


Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect shipping addresses
  • Other events outside our control


Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping charges may apply if the package must be re-shipped.
