We want you to be happy with your purchase from Reliable Tees.

Returns

Because many of our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, buyer’s remorse, or accidental orders.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll review your claim and work with our fulfillment partner to provide a replacement or, when appropriate, a refund.

If your return or claim is approved, we will provide instructions for the next steps. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at reliableteesllc@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll evaluate the situation and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Accidental orders
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll work with you to provide an appropriate solution.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

This right does not apply to certain made-to-order or personalized products where permitted by applicable law.


Refunds

Once we receive and review your claim, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Most refunds are processed within 10 business days, although your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
